Registering for a Practice Bicycle Tour is easy, flexible, and secure.
With complete confidence make your booking for your chosen tour by completing our online registration form, including your preferred choice of payment. Your booking will be confirmed by email.

After we receive your registration and payment your tour place will be secured.
Further details 1-2 weeks prior to the commencement of your tour date will be emailed to you including arrival information, hotel contact details, itinerary and check list.

All Bike Tours require a deposit payment of AUD $500 or full payment at time of registration to secure your place.  Full payment is due 12 weeks prior to your tour date.

Website Registration and Payments can be made by the following methods:

Bank Transfer / EFT
Your full payment OR deposit payment can be made by bank transfer.

Your full payment can be made at time of registration by PayPal secure online payment facility.

Credit Card
Your full payment can be made at time of registration by credit card secure online payment facility.

To make deposit payment via credit card please select the Bank Transfer/EFT method and add in the Booking notes section of your registration “Deposit Payment via Credit Card” to recieve a separate payment link email.


All prices are advertised in Australian Dollars (AUD $) based on per person/twin share.

Solo Travelers will be required to select the additional charge of single room supplement.


Should you cancel your booked tour, for any unforeseen reason including medical emergencies please notify us by email and your cancellation fee will be based on the cancellation schedule below,

prior to your tour date loss of deposit payment AUD $500
12 – 8 weeks before your tour date 50% of tour price
8 – 4 weeks before your tour date 75% of tour price
4 weeks before your tour date 100% of tour price reserves the right to alter or cancel the advertised tour for whatever reason and not limited to such circumstances as accommodation availability or low enrollment or any other circumstance beyond our control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible.
On this occasion will offer you the following
1) alternative tour option at a later date.
2) transfer payment to an alternative tour.
2) refund all payments received to date minus Payment Transfer Fees.

This refund will be the full extent of entire liability to you with respect to the cancelled tour. We will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses you incurred in relation to the tour including airfares or other related expenses associated with the tour.


Personal Travel Insurance is compulsory for all participants; you are required to take adequate travel insurance covering tour cancellation, accident, personal injury, and loss of luggage.

COST INCREASES advertises tour prices as much as a year in advance; we are occasionally faced with significant cost increases such as currency exchange rates or costs of services that we are unable to absorb. In the unlikely event of any increase in the price of your tour this price increase will be notified to you as soon as possible.

LIABILITY are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays, or any other matter beyond our control.


We strongly recommend a visit to your doctor to ascertain that you have good health and fitness to participate in your cycling holiday. It is a condition of your tour that an approved bicycle helmet must be worn while cycling and that you ride within your capabilities and always behave in a safe and appropriate manner. recommend the use of a Heart Rate Monitor as a bike tour participant to fully enjoy and maintain correct and safe health benefits from your cycling holiday.


We believe everyone can Practice Bicycle and encourage solo travellers to choose any of our bike tours for registration. If your tour does not receive the minimum number of guests to run and we cancel your tour, will offer you the following
1) alternative tour option at a later date
2) transfer payment to an alternative tour
3) offer tour with additional solo traveler fee
4) refund all payments received to date minus Payment Transfer Fees


Half Day & Day French Alps Cycle Tours and TDF Day Tours must be paid in full at time of booking. This payment is Non-Refundable.

If for any reason you cannot participate in your booked tour date, please notify Practice Bicycle via email at least 24 hrs prior to your tour date.

On receipt of email we will offer you a credit to the same value for an alternative tour date should this be possible.
