Registering for a Practice Bicycle Tour is easy, flexible and secure.
With complete confidence make your booking for your chosen tour by completing our online registration form, including your preferred choice of payment. Your booking will be confirmed by email.

After we receive your registration and payment your tour place will be secured.
Further details 1-2 weeks prior to the commencement of your tour date will be emailed to you including arrival information, hotel contact details, itinerary and check list.

Bike Tours require full payment at time of registration (fully refundable up to 6 weeks prior to tour date).

All prices are advertised in Australian Dollars (AUD $) based on per person/twin share.

Solo Travelers will be required to select the additional charge of single room supplement.


Should you cancel your booked tour, for any unforeseen reason including medical emergencies please notify us by email and your cancellation fee will be based on the cancellation schedule below,

6+ weeks before your tour date full refund (minus 2.99% payment processing fees or bank transfer fees)
6 – 3 weeks before your tour date 50% of tour price
3 – 0 weeks before your tour date 100% of tour price reserves the right to alter or cancel the advertised tour for whatever reason and not limited to such circumstances as accommodation availability or low enrollment or any other circumstance beyond our control and undertake to inform participants as soon as possible.
On this occasion we will offer you an alternative tour option at a later date.  Should we not be able to offer you an alternative tour, we will refund to you all payments received to date minus any bank transfer or payment processing fees.  This refund will be the full extent of entire liability to you with respect to the cancelled tour. We will not be responsible for any other costs or expenses you incurred in relation to the tour including airfares or other related expenses associated with the tour.


Personal Travel Insurance is compulsory for all participants; you are required to take adequate travel insurance covering tour cancellation, accident, personal injury and loss of luggage.

COST INCREASES advertises tour prices as much as a year in advance; we are occasionally faced with significant cost increases such as currency exchange rates or costs of services that we are unable to absorb. In the unlikely event of any increase in the price of your tour this price increase will be notified to you as soon as possible.

LIABILITY are not liable for personal injury, death, damage to property or other loss whether arising from accident, cancellations, delays or any other matter beyond our control.


We strongly recommend a visit to your doctor to ascertain that you have good health and fitness to participate in your cycling holiday. It is a condition of your tour that an approved bicycle helmet must be worn while cycling and that you ride within your capabilities and behave in a safe and appropriate manner at all times. strongly advise the use of a Heart Rate Monitor whilst cycling in order to fully enjoy and maintain correct and safe health benefits from your cycling holiday.


We believe everyone can Practice Bicycle and encourage solo travellers to choose any of our bike tours for registration. Should your chosen tour not have the minimum number of guests, we will contact you to discuss your options, including an alternative bike tour, an additional solo traveler fee or full refund minus any bank transfer or payment processing fees.
