I am a 69-year-old cyclist with medium capabilities. I was a little apprehensive that there would be younger more proficient riders in the group, and I would have trouble keeping up. As a single guest wishing to participate on this trip, I was not sure how the week would take place, my partner joined me, but she didn’t ride. However, it turned out that because of changes to other people’s plans I ended up the only rider on this trip. I was pleasantly surprised that Paul and Bridget were prepared to continue with the advertised trip week for just me. It was beyond my wildest dreams to be riding with a professional coach and cyclist. They were great companions to ride with and generous with their riding skills tips. I loved the ride routes that were through great landscapes and interesting villages and towns. Each day’s ride was different, some flattish, others undulating and a couple with challenging climbs.
